Through a series of elf-paced strategic courses, you’ll learn how to design inclusive architecture, strengthen capability across teams, and lead reform with confidence. Each course blends leadership design, reflective practice, and SRL + AI‑supported planning — helping educators move from reactive support to strategic, whole‑school inclusion.
The CAPABLE™ Framework grew from my own practice — shaped by years in the classroom and in learning support, working directly with neurodiverse students in a demanding academic environment. It reflects the principles that made inclusion sustainable in my work: clarity of purpose, architectural thinking, and capability built through collaboration. Each course distils that lived experience into structured, practical learning, giving SENDCOs, teachers, and leaders the tools to apply tested methods in their own contexts with confidence and precision.
